Clean In Place (CIP) Associate : Evenings - (Tuttle, OK)

Overview Theres a lot of hard work that goes into a dip of Braums Ice Cream or a glass of Braums Milk. The very heart of the Braum operation is the Braum Family Farm located in Tuttle, Oklahoma. This 10,000 acre working family farm is home to Braums private dairy herd, milk barn, processing plant, bakery and warehouse distribution facility, truck maintenance facility, and water treatment plant. Position: Clean in Place (CIP) Associate : Evening Hourly Compensation: fifteen : 16 + approx ten hours of overtime/week Responsibilities CIP Associate Role: Clean:In:Place (CIP) Associates will ensure that all manufacturing equipment is sanitized properly. This position mandates adding cultures to dairy products, taking samples to in:house lab and testing for bacteria or contaminates. Work Schedule: four days on, two days off rotating schedule; 6:00pm to 4:30am.
