The Environmental Services Technician Lead executes the community housekeeping programs and procedures by training, supervising, inspecting and motivating the Environmental Service (EVS) Technicians to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and schedules are maintained with the direction from the Environmental Services Supervisor. Responsibilities The Environmental Services Technician, Lead sets up daily Environmental Service Technician schedules. Checks on staff members, residents, resident staff, and designated suppliers Works closely with and motivates environmental services staff to ensure work is performed properly and schedules are followed Inspects common areas and periodic checks of independent apartments for cleanliness Assists EVS Supervisor with various tasks, such as checking the overall cleanliness of the buildings and conducting training sessions The Environmental Services Technician
