Position description With over 40 yrs of experiences in Real Estate Law, our Law Firm has an immediate opening for a full- time Paralegal to support our Litigation Department in our Laurel, MD office! MWC, LLC is a high volume, fast- paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia and Florida through the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy legal process.Our Litigation Paralegals work directly with the Litigation Attorneys and assist in their day to day operations. Assignments include, but not limited to: Review and analyze the sufficiency of documentation as it relates to state law or federal tax law requirements with regards to Foreclosure Matters, Estate / Probate and Quiet Title Actions Draft motions, affidavits, memos and other legal documents for MD
