The right applicant will receive on the job training to become a successful Laminator Helper in our growing manufacturing facility. The Laminator Helper is responsible for assisting the Laminator Operator to meet production schedules and to maintain compliance to company and customer quality standards, and policies. DUTIES Assist Laminator Operator in the set-up, run, change over, and clean-up of the Laminator according to procedures, and within established production standards Assist the Laminator Operator in monitoring the quality of the material being processed to ensure compliance to company and customer specifications Maintain adhesive supply throughout job being run Communicate with the oncoming shift all relevant info to facilitate an efficient shift change Maintain up to date and accurate records as required
