Position title: Leasing and Marketing Manager FLSA Classification: Non-exempt / Hourly EEO Classification: Administrative Support Reports To: Property Manager Summary: To be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, for coordinating, developing and implementing marketing strategies that will drive growth in occupancy through obtaining qualified residents and maintaining resident satisfaction. Responsible for working closely with leasing staff, vendors and local businesses. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
