Process/Manufacturing Engineering Leadership - (Hauppauge, NY)

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and coordinates engineering activities through systems/process ownership and drives innovation in Central's core engineering and internal/external manufacturing processes, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and efficient and effective use of engineering resources. Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively manage a small team of direct reports. This position is based at Central Semiconductor's Corporate Headquarters in Hauppauge, NY; relocation benefits is available to a qualified hire who currently resides outside of the Long Island, NY area. KEY POSITION OUTCOMES Continual process improvement of key engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain partner processes. Excellent working relationships within engineering, and with quality, materials and production operations teams. Point of contact for supply chain partners when dealing with test specifications, product assembly and wafer fabrication challenges.
