Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Legal Contract Consultant to work with 1 of the largest distributors of natural and organic foods to the United States and Canada. Position title: Legal Contract Consultant Location: Providence, RI Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and owners to negotiate various types of contracts, including, without limitation: supplier, customer, IT, personnel, goods not for resale. Requirements: * Excellent judgment * Oral, written and people skills. * Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Possess keen attention to detail. * At least 5yrs legal background, with large law firm and/or in-house background preferred.
