The Eligibility Representative will conduct verifications through electronic verification systems and/or through contact with 3rd party payors to obtain max and prompt reimbursement in accounts receivables, documenting accurate billing demographics, coverage details, co-payments, co-insurance, deductive amounts and primary care physician details.Key functions: Verifies insurance benefits on all patient appointments to determine the level of insurance coverage. Verifies insurance benefits on all same day appointments and appointments within 24 hours of service (or next business day).
