Title: QA Engineer Department: Systems Consolidation Bargaining Unit: NBU Grade: N/A Position category: Exempt Hours per Week: 40 Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer develops quality plans for 3rd Party Administration in the arena of health care, pension, annuity and finance and e nsures the qualifications of the system are completely tested, that the overall quality of the system can be assured and that best practices for quality are followed. **Has min necessary access to Protected Health Details (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Details (PII) by Position summary/Role. Key responsibilities: Develop, update and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and automation (where applicable) for all layers of application testing. Coordinate test effort with other stakeholders/subject matter experts Document results and compare to expected results
