Real Estate Lead Contract Manager - (Littleton, CO)

Lead Contract Manager for $100M FUN, YOUNG, GROWING Real Estate Team 1 of the top Real Estate teams in Colorado is seeking a LEAD Contract Manager to oversee the entire contract-to-close process for 300+ transactions a year. Our current rockstar in this role is leaving for maternity, and when she returns, will come back in a different role. We're looking to hire the longterm fit that will oversee the department for years to come, creating significant upward mobility and opportunity for the right person. A current CO Real Estate license isn't required right away, but it will need to be obtained within the 1st six months (at our expense). Background in the RE industry, an understanding of contracts and processes, etc. is preferred, but for the right applicant, we would bring you up to speed. High attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities are 100% required.
