The Pathways School- Anne Arundel integrates academic, therapeutic, and vocational services through unique community-based programming for up to 24 high-school students, ages 15-21 yrs, with emotional and behavioral disabilities. The cornerstone of the program is intensive individualization of the delivery of services within the community. Description:The Community Support Staff (CSS) position is a teaching para-professional position working with 1 or two students as a teacher/tutor, mentor and job coach. CSS coordinate lesson plans with certified special education teachers and behavioral support with licensed therapists at the school site.
