Inbound Customer Service - (Wilmington, DE)
Our contact center division,is stepping into the future and looking to add customer service-oriented individuals to our team of Home Agents on 1st, second and third Shift during the week. Becoming a Home Agent offers the comfort and flexibility of working from home with the benefits and security of a well-established company. -Greet inbound callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while keying their product orders into our computer system. -Listen attentively to customer needs/concerns and answer all customer questions. -Stay informed about company offerings and procedures. -Perform other duties as assigned. -Uphold high safety standards. -Great Incentives, Paid Training, Add-On Sales Program, Attendance Incentives, Bonus Pay Program -Up to 40% Off Company Merchandise.
