The Web Content Management (WCM) team provides services to customers by updating, maintaining and customizing the content displayed on the various customer facing web sites and portalsused delivered on desktop, tablet and smart phone applications. location: Windsor, Connecticut position category: Contract work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: GCMS provides new BA's training and ongoing support as needed to develop business requirements, functional specifications documentation to support Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) project delivery. Training offered as needed to develop required technical understanding of requirements for Web Application requests from the business and transferring the knowledge to Technical Resources on the team.
