This Systems Analyst position mandates prior background with the ServiceNow platform including competence in implementation of the specific functionalities described in this overview. Integrates process flows within ServiceNow that support knowledge base functionality. Utilizes HTML to program advanced knowledge base features. Contributes to process improvement of the ServiceNow implementation. Tests, debugs, and documents implemented changes. ServiceNow System Administrator Certification preferred.
