Cloud Desktop Support (phones) - (Schenectady, NY)

Computer Technology Services, (CTS), is currently interviewing for desktop support openings for a local client. These positions will be full time/direct hire positions. Ideally, local applicants with two years of IT Support background would be preferred. Provides customer service on a broad spectrum of technical issues in busy call center environment. Works scheduled phone support shifts comprising a significant portion of the workweek. Resets passwords and troubleshoots basic desktop PC issues. Process, routes and tracks incoming service requests. Performs basic desktop PC support mainly via telephone. Fully and clearly document calls, including steps taken and resolution. Answers phone calls and written inquiries completely and accurately while meeting departmental guidelines. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Min Background: Two prior experience background in IT customer-focused environment with PC and Internet skills. Critical skills: • Strong PC skills
