Electrical Engineer - (Monroe, LA)

Position Purpose: Engineer, Electrical Maintenance is responsible for leading improvements in the reliability of plant assets and functioning as an electrical resource to the facility. Focus will be on reducing unscheduled equipment downtime and improving overall process reliability. The position will collaborate together within plant Maintenance and Reliability group to lead projects and drive continuous improvement plans and cost reduction efforts for the facility. Job Functions: * Build and maintain professional working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. * five -seven years of related skills, including 3-five years of troubleshooting background with close support of production equipment. * PLC and PC based controls and instrumentation background * Results driven with demonstrated expertise working in a high-performance, high-volume manufacturing environment. * Power systems background: 138kV to process loops, motor control centers, switchgear, transformers and relays.
