Architectural Designer, Project Architect, Draftsperson - (Aspen, CO)

Charles Cunniffe Architects seeks the following Full-time positions, to join its team in the Aspen or Carbondale office: Architectural Designer - They use their specialist construction knowledge and high level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Architects stay involved throughout the construction process, adapting their plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs. Project Architect - the team leader in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completion of a project. A college diploma, state licensure, and background are required for the position. The project architect coordinates the work team, consults with clients, draws designs, and proposes budgets. Draftsperson - key duty is to create drawings, by hand or using CADD, which are infused with whatever technical information are appropriate to the project. For instance, architectural drafters lay out interior building arrangements when they create plans.
