Immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (possibly two) at a successful AV-rated Law Firm. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MININUM OF five yearS BACKGROUND AS A FULL TIME "FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY" (any less will not be considered). CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE DISSOLUTION MATTERS FROM CONCEPTION TO CONCLUSION. This is NOT an intern position! Those without five full years of Family Law Background will NOT be considered. The right candidate MUST have extensive background in all areas of family law from the drafting of the Petition to preparation of the final Judgment and everything in between. Must be experienced in and able to make court appearances, attend and conduct depositions and the expertise to work confidently with our clients and staff.
