Equipment Engineer - (Warren, NJ)

Equipment Engineer needs 2-five years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry. Equipment Engineer requires: Bachelors degree in technical field RF, electrical and mechanical design, equipment configuration, TELCO interface, DC power systems, lightning protection and grounding. Strong construction experience Knowledge of databases, Ms office applications, web based application, and software tool packages. project management Equipment Engineer duties: manage the budget as it relates to equipment purchasing Analyze work orders and coordinate with equipment vendors, facilities engineering and radio engineering groups to assure that equipment is configured to meet network qualifications Design, specify, and document special equipment configurations when required by site-specific construction situations. Collaborate closely with all engineering groups in the Network team including RF Design, Traffic, Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and System Performance.
