Compensation is Base salary plus Bonus Opportunities and Full Corporate Benefits including health insurance, generous paid time off, 401K match, life insurance, and more Responsibilities: • Primary listing agent for national investor • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth closing • Create Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s) for a national residential real estate investor • Study DFW Real Estate market to understand trends and best practices • Analyze comparable homes to ensure updates and conditions are similar to subject property • Work with deadlines and provide timely reviewed value opinions • Operate independently as well as collaborate as a team member Requirements: • Texas Real Estate License required • Strong analytical abilities
