Building Services Specialist Floor Technician (442): - (Orlando, FL)

We are in need of reliable general cleaners and floor techs for a facility located in Orlando, FL. Hours: • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm OR • 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm • Both Full time and Part time opportunities available Call 407-356-XXXX to schedule an interview! Responsibilities: General Cleaner Duties Include: • Clean and restock bathrooms • Clean break room (wipe down table, sweep/mop floors, etc.) • Empty trash and recyclables • Clean offices including dusting and vacuuming • Keep outside area free of trash • Clean office windows • Other cleaning duties as needed Floor Tech Duties Include: • Stripping • Waxing • Buffing • Experienced strongly desired Requirements: • Must pass drug screen and background investigation Compensation: $9 - $10 hourly About Company: We are a recognized leader in providing facility maintenance and building services to many of the most recognized brands in the manufacturing, distribution, power generation, hospitality, health care and automotive industries.
