Lead Building Engineer - HVAC Maintenance - (Roswell, GA)

We are seeking a Lead Building Engineer to look after all our HVAC and related systems. We are a solutions-driven property management company in Alpharetta, Georgia managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties(office). Responsibilities Maintains good tenant relations through prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within the guidelines set forth. Performs general maintenance and limited operations of the HVAC equipment under the supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer. Makes adjustments and changes to HVAC and related equipment to maintain established comfort zones. Develops a strong knowledge of all types of HVAC and related equipment. Participates in performing preventative maintenance on all SWUD unit and fan coil units. Performs general repairs, maintenance, and replacement of building components. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment.
