Network Administrator (Citrix) - Senior - (Annapolis, MD)

Position Objective: Ability in Citrix Infrastructure, Virtual Apps, Published Desktops and NetScaler. Thorough knowledge of VMWare ESX, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and other Microsoft server platforms. An understanding of specialized medical applications such as EPIC Hyperspace would be a plus. The ability to support, maintain, build, deploy and troubleshoot within the areas of technologies listed above. Provide cross training and knowledge base content to desk-side support and call center personnel. Liaise between IT Management, sponsors, users and other IS personnel to communicate issues regarding overall operations status and strategy. Contributes to projects and works closely with other IT groups to ensure compliance with organizations goals and objectives of having an innovative, redundant infrastructure allowing for business continuance and disaster recovery.
