Location: Ridgefield,CT Who we are: We are a Managed Service Provider and Value Added Reseller of computer and network systems and IT Services. Our portfolio of clients includes small and medium sized businesses, healthcare and light industrial companies. We have an immediate full-time opening for a Tier three Support Engineer in our Ridgefield, CT location. Description: The Help Desk Level three Engineer is the final escalation point within the Customer Care and Technical Support Organization. Technical issues that cannot be resolved by levels one & 2 support staff are escalated to the Help Desk Leve three Engineer. The Level three Engineer is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complicated issues concerning Networking, Windows/Linux Server Environments, VM Ware, Sonic Wall Firewalls, and Ruckus Wireless Environments. This position works closely with the Help Desk Supervisor, Project Supervisor and Sales Department to provide high level technical ability.
