Occasionally lifts and carries up to twenty pounds rotating shift schedule - Work involves after hours on call support - Work is confined to a particular work space which requires relief to leave - Some work involves weekends, holidays and non-standard hours IT Help Desk needs 2-three years background IT Help Desk requires: IT concepts, practices and procedures and troubleshoot Skill in resolving complex technical problems and using good judgment as to when to refer more complex problems to senior staff or vendors IT support IT Help Desk duties: Escalates problems to higher level technical support professionals when necessary and recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems. Interact with other IT teams to resolve issues. Responds to a high volume of calls and interactions with employees.
