Project Delivery Manager - (Syracuse, NY)

'Responsibilities: Be responsible for applying Agile development processes and Scrum principles to enable the assigned team to achieve their self-determined objectives to meet the needs of the Product Owner, and the Technical Leader on basic or intermediate initiatives. This position applies a Servant-Leader approach to coaching and motivating teammates and ensuring that their individual coaching needs are identified and addressed. Facilitate the team in achieving their objectives relative to processes such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and sprint reviews. REQUIREMENTS: 'Required skills: Basic knowledge of Scrum software engineering concepts. Basic knowledge and application of various software engineering life-cycles and techniques (e.g., traditional and agile) Good interpersonal / relationship organizational skills, able to foster working relationships within the team
