Accounting Manager - (Woburn, MA)

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Accounting, the Manager of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for oversight of all North America's finance, accounting and reporting activities and consolidation of international locations. Primary Functions: * Hands on position responsible for North America's ledgers and reporting systems as well as consolidation of international accounts, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP and local country standards and regulatory qualifications. * Must ensure all North America and assigned international subsidiary ledgers and reports are closed in a timely and accurate manner. * Must review and coordinate the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations in a thoughtful and easy to understand manner. * Oversee the recording of intercompany transactions, intercompany eliminations and consolidation of domestic and foreign entities.
