City Rochester State Minnesota Telecommute No Department Global Business Solutions Position summary Responsible for the development, implementation, and on-going management of external partnerships to support GBS strategic initiatives, including certain international partnerships for GBS to reach the global market. Client engagements can be multi-year, multi-million dollar arrangements supporting GBS products, services and strategies; partnerships may serve other departments beyond GBS, if fortuitous to Mayo. This involves the evaluation and optimization of existing client arrangements, as well as establishing client management processes to support collaborating activities that will be initiated across GBS divisions. Partnership management includes analyzing and managing financial and operational factors, managing relationships with and between key client executives, and monitoring and controlling contract terms and expectations.
