Associate Health & Wellness Director - (Brighton, MA)

Job title: Associate Health & Wellness Director Status: Full time, Salary Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday This position is responsible for assisting with the creation and coordination of Health and Wellness programs and completing direct service in the form of personal training, group training and group exercise. The Associate Health & Wellness director reports to and works closely with the Health & Wellness Director to ensure prompt customer service and strong member engagement are carried out with consistency. This position includes modeling professional behaviors, providing excellent health and wellness programs, marketing/promoting healthy and wellness programs, supporting with Chronic Disease and youth wellness programs, leading part time staff and contributing to the overall mission of the YMCA. EFFECT ON END RESULTS: Programs are in place and operating at the highest quality level for the various service area target markets. Ensures all equipment is in working order.
