Wind Turbine Supervisor - (Mojave, CA)

Responsibilities: Accountable for the safe and compliant operation of an CEG wind farm installation. Responsible for monitoring, upkeep, and reporting of plant performance. Create an annual operating plan and provide input on an annual budget. Set direction and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors. Primary contact for issue resolution in performance and land utilization issues. Local point of contact for land owners, local authorities and state agencies regarding environmental and contractual issues involving wind farm installations. Participate in contract negotiations with sub contractors and other vendors for parts and services required for wind power installations for site. Possess the expertise to climb and required skills to troubleshoot wind turbines at a high-level. Perform Operation and switching of high voltage equipment using approved switching orders. Possess the required skills to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair substation and collection system malfunctions.
