Position title: Part time Concierge /Bus Driver (Regular Day Shift) FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt OVERALL JOB PURPOSE Staffs reception desk. Monitors telephone, fax machine, resident call system, and exit alarm system. Performs clerical duties. MIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS Must be 18yrs of age Expertise to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance Demonstrated expertise to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
