Administrative Assistant Entry level - (Charlotte, NC)

One of our vendors is seeking two Administrative Assistants to start on 03/25/2019 Responsibilities: - Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. - Good computer background, Microsoft word, Outlook - Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries. - 1st point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. - May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday, applicants must be available during these hours. Skills: - Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items. - Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners. - Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable.
