Currently seeking an background Administrative Specialist for a large utilities company in Charlotte, NC! Responsibilities: -Responsible for uploading/deleting materials within Adobe Acrobat -Generating reports for the department weekly -Support three direct managers, while part-time assistance to two additional managers -Ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory -Updating communication distribution lists in Outlook, Ms excel, Sharepoint -Calendar management for scheduling meetings and arranging travel for managers -Coordinating catering for large lunch meetings -Being the main contact for the Printer/Copier in the department -Event planning for department initiatives Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: -Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Sharepoint -Office Management experience -Report generation -Attention to detail -Being a team member to help anyone in need throughout the department -Being familiar with office equipment for troubleshooting (Printer/Copier) Education:
