Assistant Dean for Career Services - (East Lansing, MI)

The Michigan State University College of Law (“MSU Law”) seeks an experienced, engaging and energetic leader to serve as its next Assistant Dean for Career Services. The Assistant Dean will provide vision and leadership toward the Career Service Office’s ultimate goal of increasing student and alumni professional success and fulfillment, both regionally and nationally.Reporting directly to the Dean of MSU Law, the Assistant Dean will manage and motivate the CSO team in providing proactive, comprehensive professional development, career planning, and career advising services for students and graduates of the law school. The Assistant Dean will have significant experience developing and implementing a vision and strategic plan that expands employment opportunities for students and alumni in a changing and challenging legal marketplace, while continuing to innovate and improve the CSO.
