Shop Foreman Quirk Volkswagen, Braintree, MA 02184 Quirk Volkswagen is looking for an experienced professional to join our service team as a Shop Foreman. Come join our VW team with a focus on relationships with our customers, our fellow staff, as well as the surrounding communities. Position duties * Identify, diagnose, and perform the most technical automotive repairs. * Assign work to technicians * Provide accurate estimates of repair costs * Establish deadlines and modifying work schedules to meet deadlines as needed * Manage and maintain work atmosphere safety, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations. * Train and mentor junior repair technicians, leading by example. * Inspect work while it is being done and after it is completed * Additionally, the Foreman must also provide any other assistance when needed, as expressed by the Service Manager Job responsibilities * Several years' (4+ preferred) experience in the repair of vehicles or maintenance equipment
