Randstad has an exciting temp-to-permanent opportunity currently available in London, KY! We are looking for experienced Call-Center Representatives to join this growing team! We have positions available immediately! Responsibilities: -Provides prompt, professional customer service, following specific guidelines on customer service or call center procedures. -Uses computerized systems, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment. -Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures. -Gathers details, researches/resolves inquiries and thoroughly documents customer calls. -Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Skills: -Typing/Computer Proficiency -Expertise to type/enter details and take calls simultaneously -Expertise to work in a fast-paced, call-center environment Education: High-school Background: Experienced Requirements: -High-school diploma/Equivalent is required
