Customer Service - (West Chester, PA)

West Chester, PA- Growing medical device manufacturing client has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service Representative!- This person will be responsible for communicating with sales representatives and distributors, entering orders into the system, checking inventory on product availability, if product isn't available identifying product location, coordinating shipment of products, answering questions regarding orders, quoting products, and processing returns.- Exciting opportunity to join a growing company and wearing multiple hats to support the company's success.- Seeking someone who is detail and timeline oriented, a self-starter and has excellent customer service skills.- Hours= Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm Salary- $35,000-$45,000 annually Responsibilities: - Communicating with distributors, sales staff, and logistics department - Background with an ERP system - High-school degree - Assisting with month-end close Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Skills: - Processing purchase orders
