Job overview Role Overview The role is responsible for the ABAC, US Healthcare Law and Privacy Compliance training program within S&N. The role is responsible for planning, implementation and management of an effective, engaging, risk-based global training program through partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders. The role interacts with all levels of management as well as the Compliance Business Partners in the respective markets. The role forms part of the Compliance Program Effectiveness & Improvement leadership team and reports to the Vice President Compliance Program Effectiveness & Improvement. Responsibilities * Develops and implements Compliance training programs based on risk and informed by developing trends. * Develops and implements approaches to test the effectiveness of compliance training. * Works closely with Global Sales Training to drive the integration of Compliance training into sales training programs.
