Real Estate and Commercial Finance Attorney - (Rye, NY)

Rye office of our client seeks real estate and commercial finance attorney with 5-10yrs of background. The applicant will review due diligence, work with UCC transactions and document and close bank, investment bank, loans and syndications. Will communicate effectively with clients, negotiate, react thoughtfully and expeditiously and take charge of the process from inception to closing. Should have extensive background in the review, preparation and negotiation of all types of contracts of sale, leases and real property documents and also the review and preparation and negotiation of all types of mortgage loan documents, syndicated credit agreements and related loan documents, asset based and revolving credit and term loan documents. Should have extensive background and be able to review title reports, surveys, UCC searches and filings, judgment and lien searches, organizational documents, other types of loan due diligence and contracts.
