Corporate Litigation Associate Attorney - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Fort Lauderdale office of an AmLaw firm seeks corporate litigation associate attorney with 4-6 yrs of background. The applicant should have hands-on background leading and supervising complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, including maintaining client relationships and expectations, formulating strategy, preparing the case for dispositive motions and pre-trial class certification briefing, written discovery and pleadings of all kinds, conducting depositions, and completing in-depth analysis of law and facts. Background with consumer class actions is a must. A current expertise of finance and e-commerce laws, false advertising and labeling, unfair business practices and data privacy related statutes and regulations is also desirable. Must be admitted to practice in Florida.Additional Skills: The perfect applicant must have excellent writing and legal research skills.
