Contract Attorney - Business Commercial - (Newport Beach, CA)

Small business law firm in Newport Beach, CA is looking for a contract attorney with strong business law background. Applicants must have a min of three – 5yrs of background in commercial transactions and/or commercial litigation.Applicants must have a valid California State Bar license, great writing expertise, proficiency in Westlaw and internet research.Hours are flexible, and telecommuting is OK if applicant has expertise and equipment to work remotely.This is an awesome opportunity for professionals who desire to work with a adjustable hours longterm. Ideally, we are looking for someone available to work weekdays during business hours (M-F, 9 am – 6 pm).
