Summary Under close supervision, performs services relative to interior spaces, including programming, design analysis, space planning and aesthetics, using knowledge of interior concepts, equipment, materials and furnishings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assists in preparing scale drawings, contract documents, and other details regarding design, materials, color, furnishings, and opinion of probable interior-design-element construction cost. Assists with layout of interior spaces and furnishings for review and approval. Assists in construction phase services. Assists in collecting field data. Assists in keeping library and samples current and complete. Performs routine filing and delivery of written and graphical documents. Proficient in the use of computers, computer aided design and other relevant software and hardware tools. Other duties may be assigned.
