BIG PICTURE: The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for the set up, tear down, and maintenance of all meeting space. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with 1 Lodging standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. Comply at all times with 1 Lodging Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maintain a friendly and warm atmosphere at all times. Be familiar with hotel standard operating procedures. Interact with all guests and employees in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensure the correct and timely set up of all Banquet Event Order functions.
