Budget Analyst, Senior with Security Clearance - (Washington, DC)

Job Number: R0047591 Budget Analyst, Senior Key Role: Serve as the primary lead for supporting DHS client in financial and performance management. Assist with analyzing costs of operations and programs, develop business processes, including quality control processes and develop comprehensive reports analyzing mission alignment. Apply scientific management analysis processes to assist with tracking budget, including maintaining spreadsheets to analyze budgets and track investments. Assist with creating responses to internal DHS and congressional budget requests, and the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) and congressional appropriations and budget requests. Support processes to track program milestones, analyze program performance against schedules and deliver monthly detailed reports that identify action items to address. Support program managers in acquisition management areas, including contracts, cooperative agreements, and grants.
