Veterinary Receptionist - (Pittsfield, MA)

Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital (PVH) is looking for a Full Time Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Coordinator). PVH is a six doctor, small animal hospital and boarding facility in the heart of Berkshire County. We have provided professional, compassionate and personalized medical care to our clients since 1962. We are open seven days a week (M-F 8 am-8 pm; Sat 8 am-5 pm; Sun 9 am-5 pm). Candidates must have a professional work ethic, positive personality, strong communication abilities, the expertise to multi-task efficiently in a quick paced environment, provide a calm demeanor and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to clients. Prefer candidates to have veterinary background, but will train the right person. This is not a sit down job. EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND QUALIFICATIONS: High-school diploma or equivalent Customer Service background Typing/Computer knowledge and skills Significant background with basic office functions in a busy office environment, preferably in the animal medical field
