Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI) is a non-profit agency formed by neighborhood and government leaders in 1993 with a mission to preserve, expand and manage affordable housing in the City of Portland and provide access to and advocacy for the services to their residents. PCRI serves low-income communities and communities of color, providing culturally specific services focused on working with families and individuals displaced from African-American communities in North and Northeast Portland. PCRI was created to empower residents to achieve family stability through ongoing housing affordability. PCRI continues to preserve, maintain and expand their portfolio of affordable rental homes to meet the housing needs of the community. The perfect candidate will be socially conscious, culturally competent, and have a experience in affordable housing development, management, or finance.
