Muddy Paws Rescue At Muddy Paws Rescue, we practice progressive, responsible, foster-based rescue and actively support our team of animal welfare advocates, while maintaining professional, transparent communication with the public. Muddy Paws Rescue is based in New York City and places approx 1,000 dogs each year. Development Director This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to develop the Muddy Paws Rescue fundraising program from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work because the more funds raised, the more lives saved. Working in collaboration with coworkers and volunteers, the Development Director provides leadership in the planning, execution, and evaluation of MPR development and fundraising initiatives. This includes but is not limited to annual and monthly giving, major gifts, special campaigns, fundraising events, grant applications, and board development, with a focus on maximizing fundraising and individual giving through email and other digital platforms.
