The applicant will focus on acquisition, financing, sale and development of commercial real estate, commercial asset-based and real estate secured loan transactions and construction lending. Will draft, review and revise necessary agreements and ancillary documents for closing of purchase or sale of commercial real estate with accuracy and efficiency. Perform due diligence and assist with real estate and loan closings, including title and survey review. Draft, review and revise necessary documents for commercial asset-based and real estate secured loan transactions. Support clients and firm colleagues. Should possess background and knowledge in drafting and negotiating commercial purchase and sale agreements, drafting commercial leases and drafting and review of commercial loan documents.
