Program Security Officer with Security Clearance - (Herndon, VA)

ManTech is seeking a Program Security Officer (PSO) at our Herndon facility who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to display their skills in support of a diverse contract with multiple government agencies. Responsibilities: Individual must be well-rounded in their understanding of Security with solid background in Personnel Security. The job mandates an individual be a self-starter and able to perform professionally with little supervision and be required to hit the ground running. Candidate requires a working expertise of the NISPOM and JPAS as activities will primarily include personnel security with an emphasis on physical security. Coordinate with customer security as needed to maintain situational awareness of security issues, alerts and notifications. Will be tasked to perform process improvement, investigate security incidents and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
