We are looking for business minded financial wizard to join our team. You are joining an early stage startup that is being spun out of an established successful ISP. You will be solution focused and help the company build systems that allow it to grow quickly. As head of finance you will work with the rest of the executive team to help position the company in the marketplace and provide rigor to vette out models and assumptions. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct all aspects of finance and accounting operations. Oversee the transaction processing system and implement best practices. Prepare and issue monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on a timely basis. Evaluate and report financial results to management and board of directors Manage tax planning, preparation, and compliance Analyze and adjust financial model used to inform business decisions.
